Enzo Creek Nature Sanctuary is a 200 acre private sanctuary located in Mecosta County, Michigan. The objective of the sanctuary is to enhance the habitat of the sanctuary for the benefit of the fish and wildlife which live within or migrate through the sanctuary. The Sanctuary puts into practice many of the modern day principles of wildlife management . We also study apiculture in our on-site apiary and manage the production of honey. Timber is sometimes harvested to improve habitat and to manage forest ecology. Recently, funds were invested in a first time planting of wild rice will help feed migrating waterfowl.
